General description: Scarlet can Control the minds of animals, telepathically talk to them, and borrow some of their traits for a period of time.
Weaknesses:
when Scarlet chooses to borrow an animal's trait,
1. She feels an immense amount of pain, depending on what she is doing, the pain varies.
2. It takes this trait away from one animal.
Fish are tricky little bitches so they take extra effort
she cant make the animal's kill themselves, but she can make them do things that will most likely lead them to death
